just paid my rego... $699.90 + credit card surcharge later... all I can think is how crazy that it costs so much. Although I understand it to be cheaper than other states? not sure if that is actually true or not

Nearly 900ish here

It's cheaper in rural areas. I'll be paying that amount for the territory in July or whenever it runs out.

It's only $582.50 per year for the missus lancer. Iirc it's nearly $800 or maybe just over for my fully hectic v8 single pegga.

he's in Vic, based on his Pakenham autocross event haha, assuming he didn't drive interstate for it... country vic located registration is cheaper than Melbourne, but it varies by "location" a bit within Melbourne itself, too.

When I moved from Perth to Adelaide, my r33 rego went from 450ish per year to nearly 800. I could not believe the bullsh*t.

And also why the fark should I pay ctp insurance on my rego when I've already got full private comprehensive? I wanna refund!

Carnts mate.

fair dinkum... I thought you would get a rebate on the ctp if you either buy it somewhere else or have it included in the comprehensive... :idunno:
