Got onto BBQ's galore and they're going to replace with a whole new (brand new) unit. The new one is a Gen II - mine was an original. Spent the arvo with the wire brush and the grinder then the night seasoning them once they were cleaned. Am honestly quite impressed and happy with the result. No before pics, but they were pretty rank. 2
