f*cked if I know mate, I'm in finance not mechanics, maybe possum can explain,,,

not doubting one bit but interesting to see how and what others have done to get to where they are. Perhaps torque and where it is being produced has alot more to do with it especially as possum was saying it was causing the dyno to slip if dyno'd in a lower gear. That and smashing billet input shafts points in that direction. Its actually given us a slightly different direction in setup so thanks :)

that's a tremendous mph for the power must be really strong. A few of the other zf's are running mid 500kw's to get the same mph abit hard to explain???

Isnt the Easiest way to explain this is the weight of your car and your trap speed, should give u a pretty good idea of your power figures??

I make 540kw and went 145mph, with probly 3-4 mph still in it with a better launch hopefully lol

that's a great result. Even a street dealer would be impressed with that peddling.

that's usually the way, but half the time it doesnt match up. The online calculator said mine made 810rwhp going on 1644kg and 142mph but the car only had 680rwhp when I ran it.

Those calculators are better suited to NA cars as the torque and power are very linear, our turbo cars have more power in the midrange.
