Control arm bushes

Had my front upper control arm bushes done last year with superpro, the originals were all split... Hopefully not them again!

I've got a noise from the driver's wheel area on hard left hand corners. Had the car in recently at WA Suspension for an alignment and asked them to have a look but they couldn't find anything suspension wise that was causing it. Tightened a few bolts was all they could find to do. Not sure if it's fixed or not yet.

One bloke (and Ralph has also suggested this) said it could be the Brembo pads knocking as a VE they had in had the same thing recently. Something I am yet to try is applying small amounts of brake when going around the corners and hearing the knock. Need to try that out, maybe drive a Roe Hwy/GEH super stage hahaha. It's like 2 or 3 knocks as if someone is hitting a small hammer under there. I was concerned it was a bush/joint giving out but now not so sure. Annoying!

Yeah I wouldn't mind heading down for this. I need to clean out my fuel filter and as I haven't done one before, Simon changed all the fittings when I went to the E85 but I'd prefer to be around people who know what they are doing in case I f*ck something. It will be good to take the car out as long as its not raining........

Keep me in the loop please.

Hey Brendan. You mean replace filter right? Intank sock thing or inline filter? I've never done an intank, probably lose a lot of brain cells with the fumes so might leave it to an expert.

Ah cool. I saw some ID1000's for sale for $400 (used) yesterday and they made me think of E85.
