Would be good for you Luke, could use the tuning day for tuning. Unlike the rest of us just doing skids :wwww: .

Nice pics guys. Hopefully I can make the next one too. I need some track rims with cheap tyres on them. Funny thing was I had the day off in the end and my drag racing gear in the car still too. Couldn't afford to hurt the Invos. Watched my mate play GTA5 instead. Was also a touch hungover...

But isn't the point of a track to have good tyres on not cheap tyres so you can enjoy it.

Next time should we bring some sort of air compressor so we can experiment with tyre pressures?

Kyle what does your girlfriend think about a turbo kit for her car?

Invos are also good in the wet though for my daily driver. I need some ATR Sport 2's or similar on the car, cost like 30% less to buy and have fitted and hold the power just right in the dry (spin up 1st/2nd at WOT but not third, usually).

If I could afford it I'd have gone and burnt the Invos though as they ARE great on corners.

Steve knows exactly what he is talking about. Those Nitto Invo's hold on very well especially with the new suspension. The rear does not want to hang out at all, unless I turn TC off and provoke her really bad.

I am still wondering why I had soooooo much smoke from my brakes on the first few laps.

It definitely was not the red HRC stuff on the back of the pads.

The pads still have bite. I have tested the brake fluid and it is still fine. I thought I had more pedal travel, but I don't as I have been driving the car without issues.

Those bendix pads rock.
