Pool is 7m by 3m. Settlement should have been done on Wednesday but now waiting on Bank to value and inspect the house. That is tight. Are you worried about moisture to the brick work or did you think of that in advance?

Here is the newest money making scheme this time the crane company from Sydney. I need a permit because I live in a fly zone near the local air port.............you're farking kidding right. I dont even live in the flight path. If a plane was near my place I'll be worried about the escarpment/tree's than some bloody crane. See Photo Nice try mate but not working this time. They want to charge me $1800 for crane hire including the 3hrs travel at $245hr..............dont think so. So this morning a rang a local crane company bloke was cool and said he'll come out and have a look but seemed pretty good about it. Gave me a price of just under $1000, sold. 3
