Ours is over 30 years old and still awesome [emoji3]
Obviously it's going to cost you
But beats the sh@t out of dacron crap

so the visit to the "shop" was a complete failure... too many choices and the advice was just not helpful other than spending $400+ :( just going to buy something reasonably priced online and trade up (if necessary) in the future.

Decent doonah, pillows and some very decent sheets/cover and you won't regret it.

 

Jumping into a freshly made bed with high thread count sheets is magical.

It’s definitely an area you won’t regret spending some money on, let’s face it we do some hours in the bed so why not be comfortable. I hate the cost like everything in life but it’s never wasted money especially things like the bed itself, can be stupidly expensive for a good bed and mattress but you’ll know where that money went on the first nights sleep
