Ya beat me to it bcb, the rad is aluminium.

 

So I got it somewhat installed. The rad is nearly the same height as my case so while I could make it fit, I decided I will buy a new case tomorrow. I would have had to cut the side panel into a fat U shape to get it in and while I like the sleeper look, I don't want a tetanus shot waiting to happen sitting next to me.

 

From my super scientific testing it appears to be 10 degrees cooler, in the middle test on prime 95, than the neptom 240m I've had in there for the past couple of years.

 

It's also incredibly quiet compared to the other one. The fans are quiet and there is no audible pump noise.

 

For $179, I'm a happy camper.

 

I should also add that I was incorrect the other day about how much liquid metal you get in the conductonaut pack. I thought it was nearly empty after the cpu and gpu application but there is plenty more left in it.

That's the one. If I'm reading the msy pdf correctly, it'll be white on black. Fark knows, I'll see tomorrow.
