The 2080ti is overpriced af and based on the non existent price drop that we saw with the 1080ti, I'm dubious the 2080ti will drop significantly in price. The 2080ti would have to be $1000 or less to be worth it and I don't think we'll see it under $1500 any time soon. A second hand 1080ti is the way to go for now, unless you don't care about the price.
