Interesting how people say they're good with their support.
Tried ringing them last week and had no word of an update for them. Seems they're Facebook only.

Had no issues besides the dual zone AC not operating as dual zone. For some reason the passenger temp buttons are the fan control buttons.

All the various updates are confusing and I can confirm Kayhan can be a bit of a c@nt when sh*t goes wrong. I have the update that fixes the dual zone and puts the current temp in the header amongst other things like allowing lock unlock without ignition on.
Also I have the firmware update for the CarPlay default USB annoying pop up.

Additional fixes I have had to apply:
1. Inline 12v noise suppressor. I was getting background engine noise as revs rose even with the system off.
2. Install 12v to 5v converter plus rca amp wiring to initiate amp / factory subwoofer. This is I am installing Friday.

I can update the post with links if they still exist or just pm me your email and I will email the zip files which I have on pc.

I can confirm that the aftermarket mic he provides works well. The new version of the unit is also instant startup.

The sub hack works too.

Download that as a zip to your PC. Unzip it and copy the contents to a USB.

Plug the USB into the unit, go to settings, car settings then hit update MCU.
It automatically starts from the goods on the USB, there's also a canbus update which you can install after the update. To do that navigate to the USB through the file explorer app and boom your updated.


I'd run your car whilst updating it as any power cut could brick it cos android.

 

Just bug fixes as far as I know, pissweak I found it via aff not from the Kayhan site.
They have a video but it doesn't really show how to do it.

From what I noticed, dual zone now works properly and outdoor temp seems faster/more accurate.

Only used it for 5 min so can't say that's it for sure.
