Anyone able to get some pics of how the side plate goes on the fg mk1 model I can't get mine too slide in the last inch or so just got mine 2 days ago

There's a video on their YouTube or fb.
Basically redrill holes to suit or just use the one that lines up.

Thanks for the replys guys, mine seems a little different to the tutorial one no hole along the top of the unit where he drills and blots up

A neighbour asked me to help installing his. Same issue with the side brackets for the screen. I just removed them and it fitted fine, still secure and wont move.

@sixmanYou are a legend man finaly got it to go in still gonna play round with the fitment a bit cause the yellow clips keep coming out but I'm glad that's over

Hi all,

I've been looking at purchasing the MK1 version (2009 FG XR6) of this for about a month now and was wondering how this unit is still performing for you all?

I notice several of you purchased and installed one of these (or similar) a couple of years ago, but I'm unsure of it's current reliability.

I've seen mixed reviews about it so I thought best to ask REAL people who have it currently installed.
