Yep it was fairly hot that's for sure. It kinda makes me want to try some other hot sauces now.

If you're going for taste - don't just focus on the Hab sauces - the "fruity flavour" of them can get a bit offputting after trying a few.

You start to think "is that all there is" with regards to taste (other than the other ingredients in the sauces)

Try Melbourne Hot Sauce (either a gift pack of pick your own) for some decent varieties - have got their smoked jalapeno on my desk for an "everyday" sauce at the moment.

The 6-pack has a decent variety of flavours and heats

No worries I'll keep that in mind.

This is the channel called First We Feast that I was talking about on the weekend. It has the "Hot Ones" episodes with varying levels of spicy chicken wings. They have a wide array of celebrities eating chicken or vegan wings and it can be quite amusing at times.

Edit: That Melbourne sauce company looks interesting. I'll be definitely trying some of their stuff.

I've had a good long look through the website and I'm stoked! It has hot, flavoursome, handmade chilli products that won't break the bank.

I'll definitely be picking up some of their chocolate and lolly range as well as a few more sauces and the hotter jam. The missus said she is going to slowly get into eating chilli with me by starting with the milder version of the jam. Even the boys say they're game to try a lick of the lollies and after winter I'll try my hand at growing some chilli bushes.

Here's my little order. Apparently that sauce is very hot so it'll be interesting to see what it's like.

Part of the sauce description, " 1 drop burns your tongue – 1 spoon will whack your head off. Dare you? ".

I'll suffer it out but I don't think I'll be taking a tablespoon to start with.

I'll start with a generous drop :fireworks:
