I just checked the menu and I think I'll stick to buying Paris Creek sides of beef. I've got too many people to feed lol

It's expensive, but worth every cent. Next time I'll either try the 4+ marbled sirloin or the 100 day aged rib-eye

I don't doubt the tastyness though!
