Agreed on a price with the owner, subject to finance and inspections etc. Start going through all the paperwork with a settlement agent today hopefully, good times. Finance won't be a problem, bank have already said so...so that's cool. Got a nice surprise also, turns out my Nonna had left me a few grand for my folks to give to me when I bought my own place.Works out to cost me $400 a month less dead money to own it than it is to currently rent it, in that the interest portion of the mortgage payments is $400 less a month than what I'm currently paying in rent. So I'd chalk that up to a win [emoji4] 5
