Hahaha sweet offer, Luke! This will wipe out my savings and plan will be to pay down the mortgage for a while before I look at spending more money...

Place is in Queens Park. Super convenient for airport and well situated for the missus' work and both our family's and friends etc. Within 12km of the CBD and not too far from public transport either, which is handy.

Oooh yeah...could already see plenty of ways to spend significant sums of money on the house! Want to try hold off for a while though, let things settle. I was probably going to rent the place as is for another year anyway...so I'd be in a much better position if I stuck to that before doing much.
