I doubt the heat will factor into the engines performance given that it has eleventy hundred hp.. lol..Traction? we`ll see what happens.Word to the wise, at the start of play at this time year you stare directly into the sun. I`ve got pics of the Bogan leaving the line at 4:30 - 5:00 pm and he looks like he`s just taken a bite out of a quince.it`ll be interesting no matter the outcome.Bring it on.

Also shredded the 28x9's straight after cause the diff had moved not happy is all I can say.All this with a girly 5000rpm launch and the big PSI race tune and race fuel, for the life of me I thought I would get at least one pass just to see the mph, I did not expect it to break at that rpm, this IRS business is really starting to turn my stomach. One more go as soon as I repair the billet CV's and diff, THAT's IT I will waste no more time after that with the IRS and go straight to 9 inch!!As soon as someone post's the vid you will see what I meen!.nough said.....On a different note it was great to see & meet everyone, thank you for coming humble apologies!! Especially Trav that drove across the state for this, thanks champ! Edited 23/01/10 12:48 PM by SPIKO

Can't say I would recommend that...Slip it at 4000rpm and hope for the best I reckon..."It won't happen overnight, but it will happen!"

Slicks are a different kettle of fish obviously. The reason I would back the rpm down is so the turbo isn't cracking gate from the moment there is load, might give the rear end a chance to hang on until you have basically 2 tonne of mass moving
