Ok you get on a hard on grab a wet towel throw it over your hard on and try to lift your wet towel up and down with your hard on. You will find at first it's hard to do but does get easier. The stronger it gets more towels you use. Make sure towel is evenly hanging over shaft.

Shop being in St kilda east should be central for everybody, while there you could pick up extra's like protien,creatine.
