smashed the gym again this arvie.. Take 4..

Go hard or go home is the new motto..

Again did a full body work out.. 10 minutes rowing machine then onto legs, then back, then chest, then shoulders then arms, then core..

Finished with a thing I read in a work out book years ago called 'Pushing the Cart'.. Jump on treadmill maximum incline 5km/h hold onto the forward bar and push the cart uphill for 20 minutes.. apparently its a pretty neat way to burn body fat.. Gonna try it for a few weeks and see how it goes.

Problem is I still feel like I'm gonna spew after the work out.. Tried to calm my gut today with a small snack of some walnuts.. Trying to drink less water while working out.. Just feels like their is an acid build up in my gut.. (Probably not helped by having stomach ulcers)..

And Wingnut that's a damn awesome job mate!! Making me think I need to take some before shots also.. To motivate me to get rid of the jiggly mid section..

The walnuts could be adding to your gut issues?

I tend to take a 600ml bottle of water and I will finish it by the end of my workout as I will just sip here and there. If I drink too much it will just give me a stitch

Walnuts are new and after the workout.. Didn't spew today though that's always a plus. Possibly just my fat cells rebelling against being murdered..

I eat a muesli bar on the way to the gym. I noticed a difference in my energy level when I started doing that and its working so far.

Nothing wrong with throwing up while/after training.. I do most times when getting trained on leg days. I know I'm training hard!!!

But if it feels like acid/reflux, you're diet is too acidic and you need to alkaline yourself. I take barley grass after most meals to keep my ph levels in check.

Looking good Wingnut!!!!

Nah mate.. Doesn't feel like acid/reflux.. It's just water.. I don't split my workouts so I'm doing whole body every second day..

Anyone able to recommend some back workouts? One of the gyms I go to has some good machines for back.. But the other only has lat pull downs and free weights.
