I may have ordered some Rspec rear rims for the GT...I figured $5k on forge wheels was overkill given my recent change in living conditions, but I noticed yesterday some genuine Rspec rears came up on wheel king (was 2 left in stock when I looked and they haven't had them in stock for ages) so I figured that was a smarter compromise. Means I can fit 275 rears, but cost me less than half the price of the forged set and I know it'll fit and won't rub or cause any dramas.

Fiddled with the trans tune a touch more. The ZF really comes alive in a turbo car when the shift points are pushed up slightly.

So Ford say it's a normal noise for these cars, the guy was good though. He came and grabbed me and when I showed him what I meant he said he hadn't come across it before. He did have another GT in though so went and tasted it on that and even brought me out to show me the other car made the same noise. Just something to do with air being sucked in when the throttle body snaps open when you stab the throttle.
