Have a look around first, the better they look the worse they tend to perform.Most have an earth strip that sticks on the glass that looks pretty average but not having this reduces the range.

Can definitely say that there is no increase in NVH at all, honestly seems smoother than previously but the original rubber coupling was full of cracks. 1
