Popped another intercooler pipe. Now that the bumpers off I may as well tighten them all up



Bit of winter mud collecting in here too, probs should cut down on the circle work.

A bloke I work with has an au cab chassis with a 5 poster  and twin 4 inch side pipes just behind the cab with no mufflers. It's far ken loud just off idle but it quietens down a bit once he gets moving.

He's only been pulled up once on his way to some b&s out the back of North Queensland somewhere and they pinned him for the bar not the exhaust.

I bought some etch primer and black spraypaint but the weathers too crappy to remove the front bar and plaz 1000hp cooler.

 

Going to take me at least 2-3 days I reckon. Only spraying the front of the cooler. Ill also be fixing up the where a certain perth workshop took a grinder to my front bar with zero I <3 Bananass given back in 2012.

 

 

 

Above picture so you can see what I'm on about, I'll be cleaning it up and might use some bog.

 

When I've refitted the painted cooler, I swear I won't be doing anything too dodgy to get the front bumper to line up perfectly........

cooler looks to be the original one installed back in 2012.

 

 

ooooh, well look whose dyno that is. looks a little like BPT installed this cooler........ got this image from the 2nd owner when I contacted them.
