As per previous weight loss post, I started out at 106.6kg on 23/5 and this morning I'm 98.0kg.

 

Gitten there gitten there.

 

Also bought a go kart yesterday for $150 and after a little tinkering it seems I'm onto a winner.

I'm counting calories with myfitnesspal. They vary between 1400 and 1700 per day. Most days I just have coffee for breakfast and then eat broccoli and mushroom concoctions for lunch and then have a fairly normal dinner.

 

I've had a couple of higher calorie days with around 2200kcal just to recharge my energy levels a bit and have a break from the same foods. 

 

Needless to say pizza is out of the question with nearly 300kcal per slice!
