The Alfresco looks big and Dog looks excited with all that space to run around. How are you going to keep the dog in the yard? I'll post an update this week. I'm just keeping a close watch on the builder ATM.

Went there yesterday and found the plumber has been. The water pump is now hooked up to the house piping (!) he's sticking around the joint and we have garden hose taps on the external walls. Haven't turned one on to test though in case it mucks something up for the bloke. 1

Here is a pics of what they have done very slow which is killing me. The 6 month contract dead line aint happening, should be finish start of May. I got talking to the concrete last Friday after I dropped off some drinks and Ice Blocks mid morning very hot day. The concrete man told me that the builder has not done what the plans says. Up the top we have block walls and the plans says behind the block wall there should be agg line for drainage and waterproofing. So far not done. The concrete man asked the builder and didnt get a proper answer. Guess ill be making a call to the engineer. I've been told they still need to complete 3 more slabs and the plumber should be onsite tomorrow or next week. Behind the block wall, not much room Garage walls completed and this week they have back filled behind. Back Fill, yet another crane Brick work for under the front stairs

A lot less stress and much quicker to build. Just see Steve's building process we started almost the same time. When the times comes more than happy to help out and fellow members.

Coloured gutters are on, downpipes are attached! Hoping the colour choice all works when it's done. Gutters are a different colour to our photochop planning, a dark red. Should match garage door and front door. Portico render (when it goes on) will be the real test. Reddish brown colour. Edited 05/02/16 04:51 AM by -Stever-
