We get $270 per week rent.

Our new places are 5ish kms from city centre..... value hopefully about 650-700 per house once finished

Me too. Got ripped spent heaps on a new sh*t box, block is about 890m2 and I'm about 120km from Sydney CBD(south).

Photos make the feature wall look a little brown, but it definitely looks more grey in person. So much better than red, cream and green!

Blinds should hopefully all go in in a couple of weeks. Got temporary stick on ones to put up in the meanwhile. Getting Luxaflex Duette honeycomb blinds in the master bedroom, roller blinds everywhere else in the house.
