What's with the plumbing in pic one on the edge of the slab, not straight and not inside the slab?

Work Cover paid a visit today and closed the site down because of unsafe working conditions. No work can be carried out until a Engineer and Geo Tech report is done. The work cover man was nice and knew the street because of an incident about 7 years ago he said when a young labourer died whilst working on some units feel about 6m and hit his head.that's something I do not want to happen with my build.

Christ though I hope things don't turn into a massive clusterfk on you Pixy. Seems to be heading that way :/ Going to court would be sh!t.Yeah no idea what that wonky pipe is for, it's just 3 bedrooms on that corner, no plumbing. The bathroom for those rooms is on the right of that same pic, with the rough cutouts in it.

There is nothing I can do from my side of things. I paid a builder to do the work so its in his hands.I am waiting for him to try a flog the bill my way but guess what mate Im not paying a cent. I told the excavation mob that today that im not paying to fix someone else mistake, they didnt say much. Its there f*@k up and has nothing to do with the scope of work to the house.Finger crossed this is it and nothing else holds us up.

There is usually a provision in the contract to claim if they encounter unsuitable material during excavation. All well and good to say 'f*ck him' but at the end of the day this dude is building your house so at least hear him out. Don't want him offside before the slab is even started. 2

It basically gives me a right to use and build in the roof space (common area) and indemnifies the other owners of any future maintenance costs etc.I went to a pre DA consultation at Council and they said they have no issues.Fingers crossed (as I'm $2500 down already) the other owners give approval like they said they would in conversations I've had.
