This builder is a complete farkwit and couldn't organise a root in a brothel. With there week and a half holiday in Spain IBZA they get back and yesterday we received an email informing us that the timber flooring (spotted Gum) the supplier doesn have enough in stock. If we like we can get the next grade up but at an extra cost to us. Of course. If you stay with the one we picked there is a delay of up to 2 months. Really!! So NO one else sells the same timber floors, Fark Off!! It still continues with the whole pool plumbing and now deny doing anything and will not hold responsibility. Plumbing was in they took out and there is no plumbing to be found. I will only speak to them via email or text so I have proof of conversation. Its a shame its meant to a exciting part of your life building a family home. so depressing. Photo update - Insulation Batts in and the polished concrete almost completed.
