I've had no experience with the tuning software or anything, but surely theres a way to do an offline reset of the 'burns' which involves the editing of some system files etc?

No, but without the tuning houses knowing about this (mainly due to the fact that SCT didn't phucking tell them!!!), most of them will have already turned on their pooters this morning and had the changes made without them knowing.

Some very valid points there Ghosti...tuners and alot of people after touch ups or had just done more mods will be mostly effected, alot of money not wanting to be spent all just ova a flashbox.

My Capa box with typhoon, 10 and 12psi tunes will be on ebay shortly. They will never get another $ from me.

It's a tough thing they've done. They've obviously done it without warning to anyone which comes as the biggest shock. If they had have said XCal 1 and 2 will be phased out over the next 6 months, and on that date they will no longer work, so get your XCal 3 for $xxx.xx now as they go up to $xxxx.xx on said date. That would have been a more empathetic move.

What a bunch of stupid f ucking Americans hanging everyone out to dry as per usual. :crybaby:
