The change is now mixing 98 with ethanol not 91. So does it need to be touched up, probably not, can u squeeze a little more, yes.

No need for touch up. In SA we have the race blend. Tuner says didnt need a retune. Runs fine.

Im tuned on eflex but its a 80km round trip to the nearest. Car doesnt get driven much but united e85 is a lot more readily available to me(10km from home). I have been using e85 from united and mixing it down to eflex content with 98 for the good part of a year. In jerry cans with m2 lube added. Even made a trip from Newcastle to Brisbane mixing it down. United e85 avail the whole way up new england hwy.

I do need a United e85 tune though.

Had a read and a search, is there any advantage/disadvantage to running E85 in a stock car? Curious to try a tank if there is a gain.

Stock, you need a tune at least, but then fuel system would be maxed before any real benefit is taken advantage of

thinking about tuning my car on e85

have a few questions

how to get it from the barrel to my car

ie a rotary pump or electric pump? were to buy

peoples experience with 1000cc injectors and were they'll run out

were to buy a tester to ensure its e85 not higher or lower

were to buy e100 from to mix in off needed

and what other people are doing with there setups.

planning to do trips to Moranbah from Townsville 2 or 3 barrels at a time as I have family there

mods list

gtx 35 with soon to be installed xr6turbo developments 45mm external gated rear housing

tbre stage one cams (tbre wont tell the numbers but aparantly its similar to atomic stage 4)

plasmaman surge and twin 044s with new fuel reg

1000cc ids

nizpro built zf hardie built tale shaft stock converter upgraded dif cradle

atomic oil pump

4inch exhaust

rapid cooler /air box

mt 275s

hoping for about 440ishkw with e85

and easy into the 10s

heading to power cruise this year in sep just trying to sort out all the bugs and get her running sweet asap

Probably best to read through the thread from the start, you'll find answers to most of your questions in here.
