You only need a barbell and weights for that, which makes it fairly affordable to take up, enables you to lift heavy with a bare minimum of equipment and takes up nearly no space at all when stored. 1

I wouldn't call barbell weights "take up no space" sort of options haha. It's true you can easily store a barbell itself somewhere out of the way... anyway, I'm not looking to buy equipment, just get through the lack of gym option time until the gym option then becomes available again

Might consider sorting out a home gym once I buy a house... but who really knows the future.
