Not sure did. Lots of hits to the palm along with hours of scrapping. Cant close my hand by itself. Can if I use my other hand to close the fingers. Been a month now. Wake up. Cant close my hand. When I work if I'm doing something with my hand for a short time pins and niddles really bad. Is sucks.

Maybe you're sleeping on your arm and squashing the nerve overnight. Brian Shaw, a famous strongman had that issue. I get pins and needles in my hands during the night if I sleep on my arm too.

Na it's fvcked. Shoulder is from covid no gym so heaps of warzone and all the weight on the Shoulder. Right had is just stuffed. Getting it sorted through work as that's where it happened

Yeah I hear ya man. I hit 140kg on the bench this arvy but couldn't do 150. It didn't help that I'd already done a few sets but there's always next month :msm:

Did weights, felt heavy, lactic acid in shoulders, one more workout crossed off.

went to the park, did my workout, took the (new-ish) dog for a run around as well. :)

I like dags, I like caravans more.

 

Had frig all energy this evening. Was hoping for 20 to 25 reps on bench and put it down at 10. Oh well, better some than none.
