I eased back into it on the Friday 29th when it all re-opened. Then the following Saturday I'd donated blood again so that left me with a lot less stamina on the Monday after, so eased into it again and then went HAM on the Wednesday and every workout since :) love the gym :showoff:

Just did another workout that included squats. Legs were sore to start with and sore now.

Should be all good in a couple of weeks.

Had some family over and as usual the weights come up.

Rack pulls was the theme of the afternoon and it was fairly interesting.

Missus pulled 120kg...

Cousin pulled 130kg...

I pulled 280kg...

Farken ripped my hands open a bit but fairly happy with the result overall. Would like to hit 300 but meh.

that's a pretty stout rack pull :spoton: It is one of the easiest to lift a heavy weight, though, as it's just the top part of a deadlift, but still good numbers either way.

Cheers mate yeah it's the easiest part for sure... Still hard on the hands lol.

Squated 160kg for a single at the same time, new pb.

Got my cousin to do the big three so hopefully he gets into it a bit more.
