Haha my chest and shoulders are a bit sore but should be right in a couple of days.

Nah the program I'm doing doesn't work like that. The weight is lighter, the reps are higher and the sets are higher with short rest breaks.

 

If I were to raise the weight and reduce the sets, raising the rest periods would make sense. In fact that's exactly what the program calls for in a few weeks.
