Has anyone even had any performance gains from those TBRE cams? They sound great but that's about all from my reading. I'm in process of choosing some cams atm, the only ones with proven gains seem to be dynomite performance?

I am waiting for my TBRE stage 3s to be delivered. Will be going in my FG in 2 weeks so if you can wait will let you know then.

Awesome are you going for retune after? Are you still running VCT? No doubt they are a awesome sounding cam. Plenty of vids on faceballs.

Yeh will go for retune as soon as they are fitted.

Want to try and get the cam timing spot on and bring my turbo on a bit earlier with the retune. Goal is 600rwhp.

600rwhp is the Max power I'm aiming for too, for safety reasons lol. Who's tuning yours Gabbo?

I'll probably do the cams, try for 600. Then do E85, try for 650 and that will be the end of power mods.

This guy claims 30rwkw gain same boost, Stage 3.

TBRE mentioned about BA-BF possibly needing vac pump. FG fine apparently.

I'm going to have a look at a couple of bf gas motors tomorrow. I'm not too hopeful given the price but if the cams are alright and the compression is good then I'll be in business. 

 

Which brings me to the comp test, the engines are out of the cars so I'm thinking that I'll turn them over with my speed brace and a socket.

Failing that there's a gas motor at the wreckers with less than 90xxxkm on it which I'll pick up on Monday.
