I haven't had a real good look at the cams but this was the worst bit at a glance. I'd say they are somewhere between mediocre and nearly farked.

I have the service history on paper from when it was sold from there and I'm pretty sure the rest is in the book but I'd have to check. It should have been serviced pretty much without missing a beat. It would have lived a hard life for a while and now that I have it I service it regularly but it still gets a hard time every now and then. It's just under 165xxx now.

Must be a ford thing. 1
