Mrs Jeturbo Bob the Freaking Builder Legacy Donating Member 10,813 Member For: 16y 11m 19d Gender: Female Location: SA Posted 09/06/15 09:05 PM Posted 09/06/15 09:05 PM The slack arse manager at one of my sites got the boot last Friday.Not before he went around telling all of the customers that if he did get sacked he would got for unfair dismissal (Wouldn't stand up).So now I am working full time at one site while we're looking for another, and trying to not compromise the integrity of the company, but at the same time not divulge too much info I have to explain to the customers that he wasn't unfairly dismissed and everything's gonna be fine. But it's come at that glorious time of month that requires next years budget forecasts and all of the end of year stuff commencing and staff performance reviews coming up.... So guess who's lumped with all that Fml

At least then the parents could plan and make use of the day.At least it isn't as bad as the one last year - kids come back from holidays for 2 days before the weekend, then it was a public holiday on the monday , then they throw a student free day in the middle of the week after :SBureaucracy at it's blindest.
