Worst part is jets let me go nuts on design so its pretty much all my design for layout and interiors so its my pet project heheh

Busy times on this one but I'm sure she's going to create something special on this one just hope she leaves something in the bank after it's all done as the plans look good so far  :wwww:

That's rad, Fluff! I love the kitchen and pantry setup...would make me very jelly! My kitchen (sorry, not MINE yet...*grumble grumble*) really does need some work...

It's a little under 300m2
I wanted to try and keep it large without encroaching on the back yard
I could go back another 10metres but I don't want to.

I love the kitchen pantry too.
Also looking at a window for a splash back there and a built in fridge and possibly a double oven.

The entry is quite wide and large so a feature staircase


Our brokers words were ... you have "x" to play with but that doesn't mean you should spend it all bahah

The other house will be a bit simpler



I'm dyslexic and cannot turn off simple functions in tapatalk
