Got through council approval for the patio today [emoji4] Settlement was supposed to be scheduled for the next business day (I.e. tomorrow), but for some reason the sellers bank won't be ready...they're hoping for the 23rd apparently. Great to know it's moving ahead now at least, just a bit of a shame it's not happening tomorrow.

Good news stripes

On other news, it's way too easy to spend money on options on houses

Agree 100% but if your building to live in it then make sure you don't skimp on something that you will eventually regret.

If building to flip then be wise with extras, they sometimes pay off 2 fold

For Sale one house only 4 months old custom built (piece of sh1t) home. Kitchen leaks and so does the garage. House does not meet building code and has many safety issues.

Have contacted a lawyer and will ring up tomorrow. Do not want to live in the rubbish house.

I left a real aggressive message on his phone telling them to get out here and fix your piece of hs1t house NOW. Left a few text message with photos also contact through facebook all with no reply.

Game Over and Game On Im sooooo farking mad its not good.

As you can see its not just water there is mud in the water. Plus the garage is full of water also.

Farkn hell Pixy - kunt definitely needs to be reamed.

Builders insurance (or whatever body the builders come under) should have your back when he disappears in a meat grinder/branch mulcher?

Your build deserves its own thread
