Ah ok, that room is the formal lounge room, all bedrooms are upstairs.

Installed them yesterday and they look ok for cheapies

Ended up getting the satin ones over the black as they looked a bit better

Bath now at correct height after we spotted it a brick too low on Tuesday!  They had to redo taps also.

Yep, it's ridiculous

But that's the way it is these days close to the city, and they release only a few lots at a time to keep the price up

Plenty of big parks and ovals close by which makes it a bit better

Agreed. It's here to new land release price and size is shocking.
