Different builder has it on their glossary page with a pic Quote Spandrel This is typically known as a spandrel-end. It is where two roof lines meet due to different heights in brickwork / ceilings to a home. A spandrel is an aesthetically way to finish where the two corners meet on the roof line This looks slightly less shi t but still...lame. In summary...watch out for those eave height differences if building!
