Although, mine looks like it's wall mounted as it's bolted to a floating bracket that comes off the AV cabinet. So unless you were looking for it you'd probably just think it's wall mounted. Yay for rentals!

My bad! Do they actually still have dedicated TV stands these days?

I think they can install a hose drip line around the perimeter now then they connect the poison stuff and acts like a dripper under ground. nifty. pics when repairs start later on.

We've got termite barrier treatment as part of the purchase, need to keep getting them in I think every 6 months. We also bought some bait style traps ourselves that you put in the ground and check via an integrated tube, once you find activity in there you drop in the poison that they are supposed to take to old queeny and sort her out. Wood ionside still looks intact to us though, maybe they've slowed down because of winter.

Get you mum to double check paper work because it should have been check by inspector when the house was brought. Can that be claim under insurance? I hope so to help with the cost. We're currently using on our house now is called KORDON it's all the stuff you see that is orange and used everywhere even around the pipes. At first I though is was waterproofing. See pics At our old house they use a system that wrapped around the house. It looked like water irrigation pipe and filled with powder by a box that was bricked in. You top it up every year. Shhh never touched it. I really hope it gets sorted mate. bloody little bastards.

I smell a dodgy termite treatment certificate an or not done at all. legal action?
