Spot on Freaky there is stages the house should be inspected and signed off on. You might need to find who the inspection was done by they should have all the paper work.

With a quick read the other day I found that all new house/owners should receive certification/certificate of termite protection used and what needs to be done to obtain protection and warranty.

Seem fishy mate and very dodgy workmanship. If there is more houses in the same block I would say even those houses would have them.

Keep us updated mate.

NBN document for new houses what we should now and what the builder needs to do to have the house ready.

NBNCO

I was hoping it would be a cost to the builder but I'm sure that we have to outlay the cost to have the NBN boxes installed.

Does anyone know how much it is?

That would be awesome but I have a feeling that our builder is looking to charge us for something that could be free.

I'll ring NBNCO tomorrow and ask.

Where would you put it?

We did an electrical walk through yesterday and was told it should go in the garage.

What has made me laugh is that we are allowed 40 GPO, we used 36. I said I want 2 single GPO in the media room on the ceiling. That is extra.........WTF!!

Well make double GPO which makes it 38 we used and I'll change them to singles later...... money hungry bastards.

Yeah no harm in asking NBNCO

We put it in our walk in robe coz the modem plugs into the NBN box which then submits the wifi signal or can be cabled to whatever device. We didnt have an office. Its also the central point for an alarm or phone line so keep that in mind too.
