Our tenants are khunts

They break the lease and are moving out ... Said the 23rd April then changed it to 23rd of March.

Then submit a form to tribunal saying the aircon is f*cked and if we don't fix it they are seeking retribution.

All because we said we would go fix it once they left since it's only two weeks away and its Fhukn 23 every day in autumn ffs.

So I did what any reasonable person would do, I rang them and told them I was from the contractors office (jet is the contractor) and he has no appointments available until the 20th ....

Bahahah have fun fhuckers since u move out on the 23rd.

sounds like a landlord ^^

just don't make promises to them. They should have to pay out the lease if they break it (or have some sort of financial penalty), unless you wrote up your own contract that has some sort of loophole.
