lol ,bizkets . have messaged the guy yesterday ,he messaged me today and was ok about it to help me out . so I will see what happens next .just got the sump undone ,small flakes of aluminium fillings are found in the bottom of the sump . also some grit ,not a lot . still think that the rollers are the week link in these engines

the engine is clean inside , only black oil but all the alloy is clean . think that when the guy tested the engine if it was a runner he sucked in all the dirt that would have been in the air intake as I have found all bits of plastic that must have Brocken off in the pipes . I deposited the money directly into his account as he had no paypall. just not happy why the carbon on the pistons has flacked off on some spots ?

This is normal for a rich-ish engine or low octane used fuel engine

If it's a legit 6000km old engine and hasn't had it's first oil change it all sounds pretty normal to me.

Or a Compression test before the head came off ?

what about the score marks up and down ? my neighbour is a mechanic and he was concerned about it .if I was a mechanic my self I would not ask these questions ,I am not and that is why I ask . ps the guy that sold the engine to me said to assemble the engine again and send it back to him ,if it is all I have said and same as the pic I have send to him he will refund the money back to me . wow I am amazed . still waiting for the engine builder to arrive this week to look at the engine

there was no starter motor or flex plate ,so I was unable to do a comp test .pictures are to big to up load ,will have to try tomorrow for a friend to show me how to up load them

Oh rightio! Understand the Comp test then...

Sounds like your winding your self up a bit and all our opinions (myself included) can send your head all over the shop

Just wait until the engine builder with a good set of eyes and good engine knowledge has a look at it

Don't stress to much your doing a full rebuild anyways [emoji108]

lol ,its just my righting that makes me sound upset or cranky . I am German and not the best at getting my point across . look I like everyone's input ,and I know that I no not much about engines or how they are suppose to look inside after 6000 klm .just the rollers look scored to me and the bores as well . I had the sump of on my ba engine and there were no score makes in the bores and it has over 100.000 klm on it
