I tried the washer method on this leak today, seemed to go a tiny bit tighter, will see if it seals.

And out with the old fuel pump assembly:

And in with the new:

And also out with the stock BA XR6T intercooler and in with my old BA F6 intercooler from the old black car. (J@ reckons that the BA F6 one is better than the crappy old monza cooler that I have, even though it's smaller than it haha, so in it goes)

Yeah, walbro GSS340 255lph bigger pod assembly from Auto Wholesale Australia in Coburg, Victoria.

The whole assembly is just drop in, aside from the internal electrical connection, external electrical connection and the three fuel hose connections.

Yeah I have seen their stuff and thought about pulling the trigger. Dropping this in day before a tune and cruising off boost should be ok right?

Extra in-tank fuel pump is fine without a tune. Dropping it in yourself make sure you have less than half a tank of fuel :spoton:

Going to get a tune near end of June so I'll get one and pop it in a day or two before I head down.

They do have other more powerful pumps than the GSS340 255lph, if you want to pay a bit extra for the unit, too.

Yeah my only worry is power delivery to the pump. At what point do you need to run a relay and beefier wiring
